LINEAR SLIDE BASE
Industry Relevant Accessory for State-of-Art, Multidisciplinary, Mechatronics and Automation Training System, Specifically Designed for Educational & Industrial Training Installations.
The Linear Slide Base system is run as an application accessory with the LSM Mechatronics Training Package. It is controlled by an axes on the LSM Controller Package. The Linear Slide Base system uses the ControlX software for programming and control in conjunction with the LSM Controller package.
The Linear Slide Base positioning facilitates smooth and accurate positioning of jig or vice in the automated workcell. The Linear Slide Base can be used to facilitate automated assembly in a workcell. It is an excellent accessory for the linear motion and creation of a Automated workcell. |

X-Y POSITION TABLE
Industry Relevant Accessory for State-of-Art, Multidisciplinary, Mechatronics and Automation Training System, Specifically Designed for Educational & Industrial Training Installations.
The X-Y Position Table system is run as an application accessory with the LSM Mechatronics Training Package. It is controlled by an axes on the LSM Controller Package. The X-Y Position Table system uses the ControlX software for programming and control in conjunction with the LSM Controller package.
The 2-axis X-Y Position Table positioning facilitates smooth and accurate positioning of jig or vice in the automated workcell. The X-Y Table can be used to facilitate automated assembly in a workcell. It is an excellent accessory for the creation of a Automated workcell.
The X-Y Table is controlled in linear, circular motion, velocity and position control with the two axis of LSM Controller Package. |

LINEAR CONVEYOR SYSTEM WITH SENSOR KIT

The conveyor system with Sensors is run as an application accessory with the LSM Mechatronics Training Package. It is controlled by an axis on the LSM Controller Package. The conveyor system uses the ControlX software for programming and control in conjunction with the LSM Controller package.
Linear Conveyor used to move parts in a linear motion. And used for parts distribution when located within a Materials Handling Automated cell. The conveyor interfaces with the robots/pick and place units for conveying parts.
The proximity switches is used to sense an object which has been placed or passed between them. The sensor sends information to the LSM controller, indicating a change in status, which can be read as an input to the LSM system. The system includes mounts for installation on a conveyor system. |

ROTARY TABLE WITH SENSOR KIT
